Now through September 30, 2013, the Greater Miami Convention and Visitor's Bureau has teamed up with the city's finest restaurants to offer special menus throughout the month, making it easy to check out a restaurant that might usually be out of budget or to simply try out something new. Venues across the city, including this hotel's SoFi Miami restaurant, will offer three-course lunch and dinner menus featuring some of their signature dishes.
At this luxury Miami hotel's Deco Blue Restaurant & Bar, guests can experience the culinary creations of executive chef John Eckstadt in an oceanfront setting that offers unobstructed views and great American and seafood dishes. For Miami Spice Restaurant Month, Deco Blue offers a few choices for each course during lunch and dinner. For lunch ($19), dine on selections including Caribbean Cobb Salad with Bibb lettuce, mango, roasted red pepper, avocado, black beans and citrus vinaigrette; a Blackened Mahi-Mahi Sandwich with Key lime aioli and guacamole; a Traditional Cuban Sandwich including ham, Cuban roast pork, Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard; and Key lime pie. For dinner ($33), mix things up with Seared Scallops served with wilted spinach, tomato and onion; a Blackened Mojo Chicken with jasmine rice, roasted plantains and citrus mojo; and for dessert, either flan or tres leches.
