Ms. Martin has over nine years of experience as a Legal Assistant specializing in corporate compliance and administration of public companies. Ms. Martin also acts as Corporate Secretary for several other publicly listed companies. Ms. Bohmer is taking a leave of absence to spend more time with her family.
