The Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence assessment is based upon the customer satisfaction results captured in the Cisco Partner Access Online tool (www.cisco.com/go/pal). Each measurement period, Cisco acknowledges Certified Partners like MCPc that have the highest customer satisfaction distinction within each geographic region. This is the 15th consecutive cycle in which MCPc has received this distinction, and is also the 21st of the last 24 award cycles.
This Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence achievement comes on the heels of MCPc receiving Cisco Partner Summit Global awards in the areas of Architectural Excellence – Borderless Networks and Public Sector Emerging Partner of the Year – Collaboration. MCPc is already identified as a Cisco Cloud Builder Partner, and Cisco Gold Partner. MCPc is one of less than 150 Cisco Gold Partners in the United States (less than 1% of all Cisco Certified Partners) to hold the distinction of Gold Partner. MCPc's solution architect and engineer corps includes more than 60 Cisco certified engineers, including several holding Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification. To assist the industry in distinguishing the top internetwork experts worldwide, Cisco introduced the CCIE certification in 1993. Today, CCIE certification holders represent less than 3% of all certified Cisco professionals and less than 1% of the networking professionals worldwide.
