NXP Comments on Standard & Poor’s Long-Term Credit Rating Upgrade
Internacional (Marketwired, 05 de Agosto de 2013) NXP Semiconductors N.V. (NASDAQ: NXPI) today announced that Standard & Poor's Ratings Services upgraded its long-term corporate rating for NXP B.V. to BB- (outlook positive) from B+ (stable). In its Research Update Standard & Poor's states that NXP B.V. reported better than expected results in the first half year of 2013 and reduced its debt through free cash flow generation. At the same time, Standard & Poor's raised all issue ratings by one notch in line with the one-notch rise in the corporate credit rating. The recovery ratings remain unchanged.
