Pacific Wildcat Closes First Tranche of Private Placement

(TSX VENTURE:PAW) ("PAW" or the "Company") announces that it has closed the first tranche (the "First Tranche") of the private placement (the "Private Placement") of up to 21,428,572 units (each a "Unit") to raise aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of up to $1,500,000, which was originally announced in the Company's news release dated April 25, 2013. A total of 1,849,285 Units were issued in closing of the First Tranche, for gross proceeds to the Company of $129,450. Each Unit consists of one common share (a "Share") in the capital of the Company and one-half of one non-transferable common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each whole Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share (a "Warrant Share") of the Company at an exercise price of $0.10 per Warrant Share for a period of 12 months from the closing date of the First Tranche. All securities issued in connection with the First Tranche will be subject to hold period pursuant to applicable securities laws which will expire on November 30, 2013.

The Company is continuing to work toward closing additional tranches of the Private Placement, which remain subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
